The 42mm turbine blade design enhances exhaust flow while efficiently spooling the compressor wheel. This results in lower exhaust back pressure evident from less wastegate crack pressure duty cycle required to make boost.
The 42mm compressor wheel is billet and designed to move air efficiently to reduce shaft speed.
The Hurricane TPC Big Wheel Turbo is a modified stock turbo. This allows perfect, undetectable fitment looking stock. This is the turbo used in the Hurricane 900R 310hp kit. We can often exchange with your good OEM stock turbo or we can modify yours.
