This Hurricane chain case package is designed for the Yamaha, Sidewinders, Thundercats as well as many Vipers and Cat 7000.
We have designed the Hurricane Chain Case Maintenance Package to be the last time that your sled will need annual service to your chain case.
The Hurricane maintenance package includes the lifetime warrantied Needle Bearing Top Gear, Brass Shift Fork Pads and the Hurricane Reinforced Rubber Oil Tank Gasket.
We recommend that you install the items in the package as well as treat the chain tensioner roller screws with red locktight. We also recommend adjusting the chain tensioner bolt tight with your fingers. Do not back off like the service manual says. This will promote long chain life by eliminating the wiping from deceleration to acceleration.
